My Sister's Keeper by Jodi Picoult
Jodi Picoult is the author of My Sister's Keeper. She was born in Nesconset on Long Island, and moved to New Hampshire when she was 13 years old. Jodi was born on May 19, 1966. She wrote her first story at 5 years old about a lobster. Right after college, she was an eighth grade English teacher. She later earned a master's degree from Harvard. She helped create some of the early Wonder Woman comics. From My Sister's Keeper so far, I think I will really enjoy this book. I can't wait to read more. My Sister's Keeper is about a 13 year old girl named Anna who sues her parents for medical emancipation because she is expected to donate a kidney to her dying sister with leukemia.
